JEREMY WARTERS
Team Leader
Jeremy Warters never thought of himself as an athletic kid. Early in life he was more comfortable in front of a gaming console than outside or being active. That all changed when he and a friend embarked on a journey to learn how to do some of the parkour tricks they had seen others doing. Through this journey Jeremy realized he was incredibly athletic, if not in the way traditional sports highlight, his speed, power and ability to jump were a perfect fit for parkour. Completely self-taught and learning by breaking down videos from other parkour enthusiasts Jeremy was not only learning the mechanics and movements for himself but also how to teach those movements and mechanics from the most beginner level to the most advanced; a path that has made him an incredible instructor. After a few years of focusing on parkour, Jeremy discovered ninja – an actual sport he could participate in to measure those skills he had been building up against other athletes. Finally 19, Jeremy can apply to ANW this year and will hopefully get the chance to compete against the best of the best. We couldn’t be happier to have Jeremy on our team!

ANELLA BOLSTER
Floor Staff
Anella Bolster has packed a whole lotta ninja into a very tight timeline. A recreational gymnast until age 13, Nelly discovered ninja after a chance visit to The Warrior Factory in Rochester when she was 12. After competing in an NNL competition for fun and doing well she decided this was the sport for her! In the summer of 2018 she was selected as a competitor on ANW Jr Season 1, her run on the show being only her 3
rd time on a ninja course! Now 15, Anella has much more ninja experience and has placed 13
th and 8
th among hundreds of competitors at the NNL World Finals the past 2 years. Aside from ninja Anella participates in XC and track as enjoys school. While she might not always have as much time as she might like to practice ninja due to the constraints of an active teenage schedule, the fact that her family opened a gym means she will probably be allowed some off hours training. A younger team member, with a fair amount of experience and a penchant for helping younger athletes, Nelly is a huge asset to The Warrior Factory team.
