Dear Warrior Factory Family,
 
Over the past few months, we’ve missed seeing your faces and interacting with you. We are so excited to share the news that with approval from New York State and the adoption of many new health and safety procedures, we are planning to reopen for business after the 4^th of July weekend on July 6th.  (This is dependent on phase 4 opening on schedule.)
 
As you know, the health and safety of our ninja community has always been our top priority. Following the guidelines of the CDC, as well as, state and local health authorities we’ve made multiple changes and adopted new practices to provide a safe environment for our staff and customers. While these new measures will be an adjustment, our commitment to providing you with the highest quality Warrior Factory experience has remained the same. Based on the latest guidance and subject to change as new data emerges; here is what you can expect as we prepare to reopen:
 
Facility:

• Increased cleaning to sanitize all high-frequency touchpoints after each session
• Requiring customers (when not participating in programming)/staff to wear masks
• Ensuring all hand sanitizing/washing stations are frequently filled
• Abiding by the latest social distancing rules
• Temperature checks and/or symptom screening for customers (in some cases) and employees
• Increased hand washing before and after each session for staff and participants
• Encouraging participant drop off and/or limiting non-participants (one per household if possible) to reduce the amount of people in the facility.

 
Programming:

• Smaller class sizes (all classes will be capped to meet all applicable guidelines)
• Increased “Members Only” programming and reduced capacity programming across the board
• All programming will require preregistration and all participants must have waivers filled out online prior to entering the facility.
• Scheduling programming with gaps in between to allow customers to enter and leave at safe distances and for the implementation of increased cleaning practices
• The water fountain drinking spouts will be closed. Ninjas are encouraged to bring their own water bottle which can still be filled with our water fountain water bottle fill station as needed.
