Now Hiring Social Media & Content Creation Specialist
The Warrior Factory Syracuse, a cutting edge ninja gym, is looking for an experienced social media & content creation specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, turn fans into customers and customers into advocates.  You will be responsible for creating content for all media channels (print, digital and online).

Essential Duties:
  • Create and publish relevant, high-quality content (including website, print & other digital channels)
  • Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising.
  • Plan, create and manage social media marketing, ad and promotional campaigns, being sure to integrate with company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
  • Communicate the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way that will attract today’s hyper-connected buyers.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Developer, Graphic Designer or similar role.
  • Ability to quickly and creativity create relevant content. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
  • Practices superior time management.
  • Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
  • Proficient in utilizing the Adobe suite of applications (Illustrator/Photoshop/Premier Pro).
This position has a flexible schedule. Pay rate commensurate with experience.
